We currently do not have a REFUND POLICY at InfoMax.

 

The Reason of Nonrefundable Policy

As we are providing the software service and which having trial period to test your service requirement in that reason, we are unable to allow cancel type of service.

We hope that you have all your answers about the way we don’t have a Refund policy.

Note: As we value that you are the most important and best partner in our business, in some cases we offer Refund policy to you under these conditions:

ERP software malfunction (if you don’t get the service as described in the ERP system account, you can ask for a Refund).

Duplicate/Double payment (If you make a double payment for a single subscription, you can ask for a Refund).

Every Refund or refund policy should be applicable under the software malfunction proof details to be submitted.

Return & Refund will be done by 15 working days after accepting the Refund request.

If you make a purchase from InfoMax, it declares that you are consenting to InfoMax’s Refund policy.
